Our goal is to provide you with the best service possible. To achieve our goal, we extend the following pledges to you:

• Your tax return will be completed within 10 calendar days after our office receives ALL information necessary to properly complete the return.
• Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, a live individual will answer your phone call unless all staff members are currently assisting other clients.
• We will respond to your voice message within one business day of receiving your voice message.
• We will respond to your e-mail inquiries within one business day of receiving your e-mail.
• We will respond to your written correspondence within one business day of receiving your written correspondence.
